Hello! Thank you for visiting my website, I am Kate Fox, and I am the owner of Fox-Beckett Independent Estate Agents.
I have worked in the estate agency business for 18 years and moved to Caversham, Reading 25 years ago and I started working for an Independent Estate Agents in Caversham. I worked my way up the ladder from a weekend viewing assistant to the Sales Manager and Valuations Manager and was there for over 8 years. I have worked for Online Estate Agents and High Street Agents and have learnt a huge amount over the years and specialise in the Caversham and Reading area.
I set up Fox-Beckett Independent Estate Agents in 2021 with the aim to create a bespoke, small agency that caters for those who are looking for a more personal touch. I only work with a select number of clients at a time, as my focus is on customer service and making sure I am always available for my clients. I don't have a team or anyone working for me so I can monitor and manage all aspects of the business. I am the initial valuer, photographer, viewings person, feedback/offer negotiator and the sales progressor, all in one! This has proven to be a successful way of doing business and I genuinely love my work and helping to remove the stresses where I can for my customers.
I advertise on the internet portals Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location and on my own website. Alongside this, I also use social media to show properties on both Facebook and Instagram, therefore making sure that all my listings are being seen by potential customers who are not actively looking on the portals.
